REGISTRATION FEE(S) :: 2019-2020 Season
Levels AA – D :: $130.00* per player
Levels E – EE :: $110.00* per player
*Registration fees are subject to change and will be updated and/or posted prior to registration opening on October 1st, 2019.
A late fee of $15 will be applied to all registrations after December 1st, 2019
Uniforms (Jersey only) are supplied by SPWAA. A $50 deposit (check or money order) will be required at the time of jersey issue.
Deposit will be returned at the end of the season when players jersey is returned to SPWAA in good/clean condition.

There are strict boundary lines in affect for Silverdale Basketball. You must reside within the Silverdale boundary to be eligible to play for Silverdale.
There have been recent boundary line changes between Silverdale & Chico.
If you are in question as to which club you should register with please email the registrar at [email protected] before registering.
There will be a $15 Refund Fee if you register and you are not within the Silverdale Boundary.

Refund Policy
Minimum $15.00 refund fee applies to all refunds, including Buyers Remorse, Injury, or otherwise.
“Buyer’s Remorse” (full) refund within 48 hours of registration. Refund fee of $15.00 still applies. Request for “Buyer’s Remorse” refund MUST be made via email within 48 hours of registration. (All registrations and refund request emails are time and date stamped.) Request must be made via email to the registrar at [email protected].
50% refund is available until the first date of practices (December 1); refund request must be made via email to the registrar at [email protected].
After December 1, there is no refund for non-injury*.
Injury refunds will be pro-rated after practices begin on December 1, 2019. Jersey must be returned before any refund is issued.
· Late registration fees are non-refundable
· Refund requests must be made in writing to the Registrar.
· A doctor’s note on letterhead is required for all injury refund requests.
· All gear, uniforms, and equipment, etc must be returned to SPWAA before any refund is issued.
AGE LEVEL INFORMATION
You must Register for the division you are eligible for.
Age on or before August 31st, 2019
Boys: Girls:
5-6 yrs. old - EE LEVEL (CoEd) 5-6 yrs. old - EE LEVEL (CoEd)
7-8 yrs. old - E LEVEL 7-8 yrs. old - E LEVEL
9 yrs. old - D LEVEL 9 yrs. old - D LEVEL
10 yrs. old - C LEVEL 10 yrs. old - C LEVEL
11 yrs. old - B LEVEL 11 yrs. old - B LEVEL
12 yrs. old - A LEVEL 12-14 yrs. old - A LEVEL
13-14 yrs. old - AA LEVEL
Playing-Up
1) A player will not be permitted to move up more than one age/year classification/division.
3)A written request must be submitted to the Registrar and [that sport] Athletic Director by the player’s parent(s) or legal guardian(s) to be considered. Play-up request form can be found under the forms tab.
4)A player requesting to move up to the next age classification or division may NOT take a roster spot from a player of proper age for that age classification or division.
5) The coach a player is moving up to must agree to accept a player playing up.
Proof of Age Requirement
Every new SPWAA player is required to provide proof of age (i.e. copy of official birth certificate, passport, or state-issued I.D….NO MILITARY IDs ACCEPTED DUE TO FEDERAL LAWS.) at time of registration. Players that do not submit proof of age will not be allowed to participate in games. A COPY of your player’s birth certificate must be uploaded at the time of registration.
